Seller.Tools will update its pricing policy on August 16th 2021 to fit the needs of our customers better. Our goal is to have a pricing model fitting all sizes and scales of customers. We would like to support small, family businesses with a price they can afford, as well as 7-figure sellers with scalable features and pricing.

For our detailed pricing plan, please visit our pricing page.

1. In summary, we will make three different pricing changes

  1. Charge the Wallet on payout, not on top-up

  2. Introduce the option of the yearly billing

  3. Introduce the free plan for small businesses

If you are an existing customer of Seller.Tools, please read below how we will reimburse you.

2. Details of each change

2.1. Charge the Wallet on payout, not on top-up

Until now, every customer was charged the service fee when topping up its Seller.Tools Wallet, on top of the Credit Card or ACH fee. Moving forward, we will only charge the credit card or ACH fees during the top-up, and we will charge the service fee at the payout. That fee will be determined by the pricing plan at the moment of the payout. This means that if an existing customer chooses to upgrade its payment plan, the lower service fees will be charged for all future payouts, so our customers can save even more money.

The table below shows an example of a “Starter” plan customer.

Reimbursement of the existing customers

All existing customers (regardless of their payment plan) will be reimbursed the service fees of the funds they have available on their Wallet on 16th August 11:00 am UTC. That way, all existing customers can utilize the new pricing logic (pay the service fee upon payout based on their price plan moving forward), without losing a single cent; in fact, as the table shows above, they will save even more money.

2.2. Introduce the option of the yearly billing

We will keep our current pricing plans, however, the current subscription fee will only apply if the customer is willing to commit for a full year. That said, the monthly plan charges will increase for all people signing up for Seller.Tools moving forward.

For existing customers (subscription created until 16th August 2021, 11:00 am UTC), we provide a 3-month period to choose from the new subscription plans; during this period, nothing will change, they will keep their existing subscription as-is.

2.3. Introduce the free plan for small businesses

We recognize that small businesses, doing smaller-scale operations, may not want to commit to the subscription model. For them, we are introducing a free subscription: in this plan, they will be able to use most of our features for free (excluding the API).
