If you're automating rebates with Seller.Tools, you may find yourself wanting to slightly modify the amount you're sending to your customers. Using the Seller.Tools Rebate Automation ManyChat template, you'll be sending rebates to your customers for the price of the item (not including tax or taking any Amazon promotions into account).

Additionally, you may just want to send a static rebate for a simple dollar amount instead of pulling in price information from their Order ID. This is the simplest iteration of Rebate Automation and will result in a flat rate gift card sent to your customers. If you choose this option, be sure to communicate to your customers that they should expect to receive the amount you choose instead of their exact purchase price.
